Zorten, a village with a few hundred residents in the Grisons region of Switzerland, is the location of artist Toni Parpan’s barn – a place for creation and exchange.
During the summer, friends come to help work in the fields and garden and also to create artistic interventions on site, far away from bigger institutions or cities. The long-term project fosters dialogue around the experience of collaborating in nature. The artist residencies were held up to 2019 and hopefully can resume in the near future. This publication was created after the most recent residency. A folder contains various posters and brochures documenting 23 artistic interventions from that summer, as well as a diary of the discussions and a list of the participants.
